4 (about 180g each and 2cm thick) blue-eye trevalla steaks
2 bunches asparagus
Rocket leaves, to serve
1 quantity butter sauce, to serve
Step 1Preheat a barbecue or chargrill on medium-high. Cook the blue-eye trevalla steaks on preheated grill for 3 minutes each side or until brown and just cooked through.
Step 2Meanwhile, trim the woody ends from the asparagus and cook on grill, turning occasionally, for 3 minutes or until tender.
Step 3Place the asparagus and rocket leaves on serving plates. Top with grilled blue-eye trevalla and drizzle with butter sauce. Serve immediately.
