Blue-eye trevalla with asparagus and rocket

Ingredients

  • 4 (about 180g each and 2cm thick) blue-eye trevalla steaks
  • 2 bunches asparagus
  • Rocket leaves, to serve
  • 1 quantity butter sauce, to serve

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat a barbecue or chargrill on medium-high. Cook the blue-eye trevalla steaks on preheated grill for 3 minutes each side or until brown and just cooked through.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile, trim the woody ends from the asparagus and cook on grill, turning occasionally, for 3 minutes or until tender.
  • Step 3
    Place the asparagus and rocket leaves on serving plates. Top with grilled blue-eye trevalla and drizzle with butter sauce. Serve immediately.
