Ingredients

  • 260g (1 cup) Greek-style natural yoghurt
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) water
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh continental parsley

Method

  • Step 1
    Whisk the yoghurt and water in a bowl until well combined.
  • Step 2
    Stir in the chives and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
