Ingredients

500g chicken mince

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 tablespoon self-raising flour

1 tablespoon fish sauce

1/2 cup coriander leaves, finely chopped

160ml coconut milk

Soy sauce, for serving

Sweet chilli sauce, for serving
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to moderately hot (200C/180C fan forced). Grease a 24 hole non-stick mini muffin pan (1 tablespoon capacity).

Step 2Combine all ingredients (except serving sauces) into a mixing bowl. Place rounded tablespoons of mixture into prepared pan. Bake in moderately hot oven for about 15 minutes or until cooked through.

Step 3Turn chicken balls out and serve hot with combined soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce.
