Ingredients

  • 500g chicken mince
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon self-raising flour
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 160ml coconut milk
  • Soy sauce, for serving
  • Sweet chilli sauce, for serving

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to moderately hot (200C/180C fan forced). Grease a 24 hole non-stick mini muffin pan (1 tablespoon capacity).
  • Step 2
    Combine all ingredients (except serving sauces) into a mixing bowl. Place rounded tablespoons of mixture into prepared pan. Bake in moderately hot oven for about 15 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Step 3
    Turn chicken balls out and serve hot with combined soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce.
