  • 180g can tuna in springwater
  • 120g (1/2 cup) spreadable light cream cheese
  • 2 green shallots
  • 270g can corn kernels
  • 1/2 red capsicum
  • 12 Arnott's Vita-Weat biscuits


  • Step 1
    Combine tuna, cream cheese and shallots in a medium bowl. Combine corn kernels and red capsicum in a separate bowl. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over 12 Arnott’s Vita-Weat biscuits. Top with the corn salsa and serve.
